OUR PURPOSE
Rochester Association of Minority Police (R.A.M.P) has been
formed to maintain a harmonious relationship between Greater
Rochester Area law enforcement and the Greater Rochester Community.
Through communication and cooperation and promoting the best
interest of law enforcement officers, the organization hopes to
establish a standard of conduct and an image for law enforcement
that attracts people of color to law enforcement opportunities. R.A.M.P. encourages its members to volunteer and mentor within
the Greater Rochester Community. We want to establish an environment
that address and deals with the unique issues that people of color
encounter. The organization is not for profit association that opens
it’s membership to all interested in furthering the goals of the
organization.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to strive to reach a higher level by developing
servant minority leaders so that we can establish an environment
that addresses unique issues in law enforcement and the community.
