MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
It is that time of the year to
renew your membership with Rochester Association of Minority
Police. Hope 2007 was a prospers one.
R.A.M.P. is looking to do greater things this New
Year. With your support we will be able to continue to
bridge the gap between the police and the community.
R.A.M.P. was founded in 2002. This not for profit
organization comprises of Rochester Police, Monroe County
Sheriff Deputies, New York State Police, Probation and
Parole officers in the City of Rochester. This organization
has mentored in the community, provide meals and gifts
during the holidays for needy families, provided services to
community organizations to help with developing programs for
youth, provided gloves and hats for school age children and
provided other community services as requested.
We also provide a source of getting minorities in law
enforcement to get together and fellowship. This has been
done during our annual cookouts, annual dinner dances,
spring flings, and through our monthly meetings.
R.A.M.P. holds it meetings every second Thursday of
the month. The meetings are held at our office located at
820 South Clinton Avenue (the corner of South Clinton Avenue
and Meigs Street. The meetings are held from 6:00 p.m. -
.7:30 p.m. Hope to see you there.
Again, we are hoping to do some great things and we are glad
that you will decide to be a part of it.
